1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “Customer,” “you”) and Grid One Electrical Construction, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) concerning your access to and use of the website and any services provided by the Company (collectively, “Services”).

By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, or engaging us for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access the website or use our Services.

2. Scope of Services

Belton Roofing & Exteriors provides the following services:

  • Domestic and Business electricity services

    All Services are subject to the terms and conditions contained herein and those set forth in any written service agreement or proposal provided by the Company.

3. Estimates and Proposals

All quotes, inspections, or estimates provided by Belton Roofing are non-binding until a formal Service Agreement or Contract is signed.

  • Estimates are based on initial observations and are subject to change upon further inspection.
  • Additional damage discovered during service delivery may require a change order and adjusted pricing.
  • Emergency Services (e.g., tarping) may incur separate fees not included in initial estimates.

Grid One Electrical Construction, Inc. reserves the right to revise or withdraw any proposal prior to service commencement.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide clear, unobstructed access to the property and roof area.
  • Disclose any known hazards (e.g., asbestos, unstable structures).
  • Obtain all necessary permits unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Ensure pets, children, and fragile property are secured during the performance of work.

The Company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural conditions, concealed damage, or hazardous materials unknown to the Company at the time of service.

5. Subcontractors

We reserve the right to use qualified subcontractors to perform all or any portion of the Services.

All subcontractors are subject to the same performance standards required by Belton Roofing.

6. Warranty and Disclaimers

  • Belton Roofing offers limited workmanship warranties on completed installations and repairs, terms of which will be outlined in the signed Service Agreement.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to roofing materials used and are subject to the terms set by the manufacturer.

DISCLAIMER:

Except for warranties expressly stated in writing, Services are provided “as is” without additional warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Grid One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or personal injury, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

The Customer acknowledges that roofing projects involve inherent risks, including property damage from vibration, falling debris, or other construction activities. Customers should remove or protect interior and exterior items susceptible to such risks.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, or other emergencies.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement:

  • By Customer: With written notice; cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of work and materials ordered.
  • By Company: If Customer fails to comply with obligations, including non-payment or creating unsafe working conditions.

All accrued payment obligations up to the date of termination remain due and payable.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Bay, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
