All Services are subject to the terms and conditions contained herein and those set forth in any written service agreement or proposal provided by the Company.
All quotes, inspections, or estimates provided by Belton Roofing are non-binding until a formal Service Agreement or Contract is signed.
Grid One Electrical Construction, Inc. reserves the right to revise or withdraw any proposal prior to service commencement.
Customers agree to:
The Company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural conditions, concealed damage, or hazardous materials unknown to the Company at the time of service.
We reserve the right to use qualified subcontractors to perform all or any portion of the Services.
All subcontractors are subject to the same performance standards required by Belton Roofing.
DISCLAIMER:
Except for warranties expressly stated in writing, Services are provided “as is” without additional warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Customer acknowledges that roofing projects involve inherent risks, including property damage from vibration, falling debris, or other construction activities. Customers should remove or protect interior and exterior items susceptible to such risks.
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, or other emergencies.
Either party may terminate a service agreement:
All accrued payment obligations up to the date of termination remain due and payable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Bay, Florida.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
